James Henry AVERY was a farmer who owned, and lived on, a farm in Tebo Twp., Henry Co., MO with his wife Willie and children Cammie, Russel and Gordon until at least 1930.  His sons Russel and Gordon also worked on the farm. Sometime between 1930 (when James was 71) and 1948 (when James was 89) this entire family moved from the family farm to Kansas City.  I speculate that they moved because of the ill health of Willie, who died 
in 1948, and Cammie, who died in 1949.  For at least a portion of the time while living in Kansas City, the family lived at 1713 West 34th St. Terrace.
